Data Import Templates

Overview of data import templates used in the EHS-Dashboard™ for uploading chemical usage, materials and constituents, safety and environmental metrics, and meter reading data.

  • ChemTrack Data Import Template – Use this to upload chemical use, waste shipment, or storage data to the EHS-Dashboard™.

  • Materials Create Template – This is the template to use in Step 1 when performing bulk material setup, to import material part numbers, names, purchase units of measure, and specific gravity or density values for liquids. 

  • Constituent Setup Template – This is the template to use in Step 2 when performing bulk material setup, to define the constituents and their percentages for materials created in Step 1.

  • Metric Data Import Template – Use this to upload metric data into the EHS-Dashboard™.

  • Meter Reading Data Import Template - Use this to upload Meter Reading data into the EHS-Dashboard™.

Notes:

  1. Do not edit the column header names in any of these templates (unless otherwise noted).
  2. Delete the example data and NOTES before uploading to your environment.
