How to Set Up a LOTO ECP as a Recurring Action Item

This guide explains how to create a LOTO Energy Control Procedure (ECP) record and configure it as a recurring action item so it can be reviewed on an annual, triennial, or custom schedule. This process also ensures the ECP can be printed and posted at the equipment.

Note: This guide is a LOTO-specific version of the Managing Tasks Help Docs. For full task management functionality, reference: Managing Tasks

  1. Navigate to the Compliance Matrix requirement associated with Lockout/Tagout (if applicable), or click the “+” icon at the top of the page and then Report Form.
